Jane has approximately five years of dedicated project management experience within the construction industry. This has been gained in her role as Development Manager for the Heritage Hotel Group in NZ. In this position Jane represented the Hotel’s operational requirements which shaped the construction of hotels and resorts throughout New Zealand. Jane worked closely with stakeholders including the developer, contractors and various design consultants in developing and constructing new and retrofitted hotels.

Jane was responsible for the developing and managing the design process and fitout of  public “front of house” areas, restaurants, courtyards and other facilities. She was able to transform  these envelopes from concrete shell to completion including developing design briefs, engaging consultants, managing contractors and budgets.
